1) Send a DMCA Notice to:

- Please include the following in your notice:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (including URL or a clear description).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the site (provide specific URLs).
- Contact information for the complaining party (address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2) Counter-Notification If you believe content removed in response to a DMCA notice is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice including:
- Your signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location prior to removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or another appropriate court)
3) Processing We will respond to valid DMCA notices and counter-notices in compliance with applicable law. We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while the claim is investigated.
